The following list contains national and international conferences explicitly dealing with Organic Computing or strongly related topics
ACSOS – IEEE Conference on Autonomic and Self-Organizing Systems
The IEEE International Conference on Autonomic Computing and Self-Organizing Systems (ACSOS) was founded as a merger of the IEEE International Conference on Autonomic Computing (ICAC) and the IEEE International Conference on Self-Adaptive and Self-Organizing Systems (SASO). The goal of the ACSOS is to provide a forum for sharing the latest research results, ideas and experiences in autonomic computing, self-adaptation and self-organization.Website
SASO – IEEE Conference on Self-Adaptive and Self-Organizing Systems
The SASO conference series provides a forum for the foundations of a principled approach to engineering systems, networks and services based on self-adaptation and self-organization. The complexity of current and emerging computing systems has led the software engineering, distributed systems and systems management communities to look for inspiration in diverse fields (e.g., complex systems, control theory, artificial intelligence, sociology, and biology) to find new ways of designing and managing networks, systems and services. In this endeavor, self-organization and self-adaptation have emerged as two promising interrelated approaches.
ICAC – International Conference on Autonomic Computing
The ICAC series is the leading conference on autonomic computing techniques, foundations, and applications. Large-scale systems of all types, such as data centers, compute clouds, sensor networks, embedded or pervasive environments, and the Internet of Things are becoming increasingly complex and burdensome for people to manage. Autonomic computing systems reduce this burden by managing their own behavior in accordance with high-level goals. ICAC brings together researchers and practitioners from disparate disciplines, application domains, and perspectives, enabling them to discover and share underlying commonalities in their approaches to making resources, applications, and systems more autonomic.
ICAART – International Conference on Agents and Artificial Intelligence
The purpose of the International Conference on Agents and Artificial Intelligence is to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners interested in the theory and applications in the areas of Agents and Artificial Intelligence. Two simultaneous related tracks will be held, covering both applications and current research work. One track focuses on Agents, Multi-Agent Systems and Software Platforms, Distributed Problem Solving and Distributed AI in general. The other track focuses mainly on Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Representation, Planning, Learning, Scheduling, Perception Reactive AI Systems, and Evolutionary Computing and other topics related to Intelligent Systems and Computational Intelligence.
ARCS – International Conference on Architecture of Computing Systems
The ARCS conferences series has over 30 years of tradition reporting leading edge research in computer architecture and operating systems. The focus of the 2018 conference will be on architectures for robotics, autonomous vehicles, and automation systems.
